Airetrak complete funding round with mixture of Investment Trusts, private companies and private individuals

Airetrak yesterday announced the completion of a funding round which has attracted both private and corporate investors from the UK and offshore. 

This funding will allow the company to grow its position as the dominant provider of Wi-Fi based RTLS (Real Time Location Systems) in the UK NHS Healthcare sector.  Airetrak provides a comprehensive solution, ResourceViewTM, which allows NHS Trusts to locate key assets and resources across their hospitals, improving asset utilisation, improving patient care and safety and improving staff utilisation.

Airetrak will use the investment to further develop its ResourceViewTM platform to meet the exacting needs of the NHS. This will include the development of new security features on the product to allow hospitals to more closely protect their key capital assets, functionality around patient tracking to reduce patient turnaround and integration with other hospital systems.
